Costs
One Price, All-Inclusive
Our retreat is designed to be stress-free, with an all-inclusive pricing model that covers everything you need for an incredible experience:
- Beautiful luxury accommodations
- Daily yoga practices tailored to rejuvenate and inspire you
- Delicious meals throughout the retreat
After your spot on the retreat is confirmed, you’ll need to complete payment directly with us. Please keep in mind that the following expenses are not included:
- Your airfare
- Costs for transportation (although we’ll provide detailed guidance for both arrival and departure)
- Additional expenses during optional excursions
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Full details about the deposit and payment process will be shared via email following your inquiry to join.

FAQ's
We aim to provide the best experience possible, but we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below:
Security Deposit:
- All security deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot for the retreat and covers administrative costs.
Full Payment:
- If you cancel 80 days or more before the retreat start date, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding the security deposit.
- If you cancel less than 80 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be issued.
Transfers:
- If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat.
Cancellation by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the security deposit. We are not responsible for any additional expenses, such as airfare, insurance or transportation.
No Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, weather, travel delays).

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the retreat location. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related issues.
4. Health and Safety
Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must be disclosed in advance. The retreat organizers are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies that may occur during the retreat.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect for fellow participants, retreat staff, and the retreat environment is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
